Terms & Conditions - Camp Adelaide

General:

All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to tax.
All reservations are subject to approval by the resort. We reserve the right to accept or reject any reservation.
You assume all responsibilities for your actions while a guest of Camp Adelaide.

Reservations and Deposits:

Reservations can be made online at campadelaide.com
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal and e-transfer.
All accommodation prices are subject to 13% HST.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your check-in date.
If we don’t receive the payment by the 30th day prior to the check-in date, the booking will be canceled and the deposit will be lost.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a $25 processing fee or 3% of the deposit amount, whichever is higher.
Cancellations are not permitted within 30 days of your check-in date.
Instead of cancellation, you can request to change your check-in date once, free of charge, as long as you do so at least 14 days before your original check-in date. You can reschedule your stay anytime within the next year (subject to availability). Subsequent date changes are not allowed.
Edelwiess house and Casamia-1 house bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable for any reason.

Pets:

No pets are allowed in our facilities, except for designated pet-friendly campsites.

All information provided for reservations and registration will be kept private and used solely for your stay at the resort.
We will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third party or use it for any purpose other than stated in this policy.
