Policies

– All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to tax.
– All reservations are subject to approval by the resort. We reserve the right to accept or reject any reservation.
– You assume all responsibilities for your actions while a guest of Camp Adelaide.

Reservations and Deposits

To avoid disappointment we suggest you reserve in advance to ensure the style of cottage and time period required. All booking must be done online at this time

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal at this point in time. All accommodation prices subject to H.S.T. of 13%. A deposit of 30% of the total rate is required with each reservation. The remaining fee must be paid 14 days before the check-in date. At 21 days before the check-in date, we will send out a reminder letter. 

If we don’t receive the payment before the 14th day prior to the check-in date, the booking will be canceled and the deposit will be lost.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation to a booking:

More than 30 days in advance the deposit will be returned minus $25.00 booking fee. 

Between 14 to 30 days in advance, the deposit will be credited to a future stay in the amount of the deposit minus a $25.00 booking fee. NO monetary refunds. Credits are transferrable and honored any time for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be charged the full rate of the reservation.

Pets

No pets allowed in our facilities, only if you are booking slot with your own tents.

Check in/Check out

Check in after 3pm – Check out before 11am

You are welcome to use the resort property while you wait for your cabin or have check out.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Guests can be assured that the information they provide for reservation and registration will be kept private and used only for the purpose of their stay at the resort. We will not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party, or use it for any other purpose than is stated in this policy.
