The Boat House by the lake is a detached house with two bedrooms and one living room, which can accommodate 4 people. The first floor is a warehouse for ships; the wooden staircase leads to the second floor, so the accommodation space is completely independent and you will not be disturbed at all. In the Boat House, you can see very beautiful lakeside scenery. Sitting at the table by the window, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Black Lake. The house has water, electricity and a kitchen. *Reminder: Currently we are not providing any bed sheets, blankets/duvets, pillows. For your best experience, bring your own beddings.
Number of Guests: At most 4 guests
- Extra 50CAD cleaning fee and 100CAD cash/e-transfer deposit are charged for pets. Deposit will be returned after damage check.
- Provide water, Standard Canadian 120 voltage Electricity. Camp has cell phone signals.
- No wifi – closest at Office
- Baseboard Heating, Air conditioning is not available. Screened windows do open.
- Equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarm, first aid kit, fire extinguisher. Guests are not permitted to remove batteries to these devices during their stay. Should new batteries be needed, please request from the office.

- You are responsible to wash your dishes and sweep the floors before you leave. Remember to take all food from cupboards and fridge before leaving and clean up any spills to avoid a cleaning fee.
Outdoor Feature: Does not provide a fire pit. Offer a firewood BBQ grill, and outdoor dining on the public beach.
