- Pets allowed on the first floor (no pets in basement, please) extra 50 CAD for each pet
- Wifi, tap water and standard power outlets. Cellphone signal coverage is good
- Electric heaters. No AC (and you don’t need it). Most windows are openable
- Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid are all included. DO NOT TAKE BATTERY OFF.

- Please take all your personal belongings and food after leaving to avoid extra cleaning fee.
Outdoor: Balcony, firepit, gas BBQ station, private dock and 1 free kayak/canoe

The price is $2500 per period, the period is from Monday to Thursday or from Friday to Sunday.
It can also be from Friday to Monday as a period, and the price is $3750.
The price is $833 per day for a period longer than a week (more than 6 nights).
