The Boat House by the lake is a detached house with two bedrooms and one living room, which can accommodate 4 people. The first floor is a warehouse for ships; the wooden staircase leads to the second floor, so the accommodation space is completely independent and you will not be disturbed at all. In the Boat House, you can see very beautiful lakeside scenery. Sitting at the table by the window, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Black Lake. The house has water, electricity and a kitchen.

- Number of Guests: At most 4 people (including children and adults)
- Provide water, Standard Canadian 120-voltage Electricity, and wifi. The camp has cell phone signals.
- Baseboard Heating and air conditioning are not available. Screened windows do open.
- Equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. Guests are not permitted to remove batteries from these devices during their stay. Should new batteries be needed, please request from the office.

- You are responsible to wash your dishes and sweep the floors before you leave. Remember to take all food from the cupboards and fridge before leaving and clean up any spills to avoid a cleaning fee.
